itsyourplace Ltd (IYP) were appointed by Haslett Avenue East (Crawley) Management Company Ltd (HAMEC) as the Managing Agent to take over responsibility from 1 April 2013 for the day-to-day management and to ensure regulatory compliance.

As such IYP is responsible to ensure the provision of the specified services under the responsibility of HAEMC and for collection of the respective Service Charges associated with those services.

Please note whilst HAEMC, and therefore IYP, in it’s capacity as Managing Agent, are responsible for the common parts of the estate as specified, neither HAEMC or IYP are responsible for parts that serve any single property exclusively.

With regards to the apartment buildings under the management of HAEMC, whilst management responsibility is accepted for the structural parts, responsibility is not accepted for any internal part or parts of individual properties. Therefore residents are reminded that the maintenance of items and areas within their own property is entirely their responsibility.
