HAEMC

Haslett Avenue East (Crawley) Management Company Ltd (HAEMC) was established by Fairview Homes to take on the overall management of the development once building work had been completed and in doing so be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of all communal areas within the development.

The Directors appointed to manage HAEMC are:

• John Lathbury
• Chris Gibson
• Vishal Mathur
• Hannah Pattison

All purchasers of property on the development automatically became members of HAEMC and are required under the terms of their Leases or Deeds to contribute on an annual basis toward the costs incurred for the upkeep and maintenance within the development and to provide for future expenditure, in the form of Service Charges.
